The blade is forged and differentially tempered, using the same process as the more expensive blades and producing an HRC60 edge and HRC40 back. The temper line is authentic and prominent. Produced by Hanwei under the direction of Paul Chen. Overall of 16 1/2' with a 11" blade. Handle is 4 1/4" with a weight of 13 oz. This sword comes pre-sharpened for the martial artist and tameshigiri cutting.
